It is very spacious and light, of 70 sq metres with its own large outside terrace for sunbathing and dining al fresco, with stunning sea views and a BBQ. It has two bedrooms (both with air conditioning), a bathroom with bath, shower, WC, basin and bidet. Inside the kitchen, sitting area and dining area are open plan with sliding doors onto the terrace.

From the terrace you are just a few steps away from the communal swimming pool whish serves just 20 apartments.

The kitchen is new with marble worktops and integrated appliances including an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a tall fridge freezer. The washing machine is housed on the back utility terrace and reached from the main bedroom.

The main bedroom has a super king double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The apartment is minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the Golf Club.

Menorca is the quieter of the Balearic islands and is beautifully rural with rows of dry stonewalls dividing narrow roads from green fields. There are hidden bays and coves with turquoise waters to explore.

The capital Mahon has the world’s second deepest harbour and is a perfect natural bay.

Sleek yachts bob about in the water and there are plenty of restaurants and bars from which to people watch.

Son Parc is in a perfect position on the North Coast, about 20 mins from Mahon going to towards Fornells and has a lovely beach, golf club, tennis courts, restaurants and 2 small supermarkets.
