Lanzarote Villa Era

Villa Era is located in a small group of privately owned properties which is a 2 minute walk to the sea front and the beautiful promenade that winds and twists along the fabulous coast line of Southern Lanzarote eventually bringing you to the harbour and then into the heart of Playa Blanca.

Located in this quite location midway between two of Playa Blanca’s premier hotels you have a wonderful choice of bars and restaurants both to our left and right of the property most within a 5 minute walk, so a car is not absolutely essential, especially with local taxis being very reasonably priced and quite easily accessible. However if you wanted to make frequent trips to the centre of town or further on to the brand new Marina Rubicon then we would suggest considering a vehicle from the comprehensive choice on the web site.

In the centre of the property although recently built, incorporated into the design is the very traditional court yard effect, which creates, a wonderful ambiance to the centre of the villa. From here you can enter two of the 3 bed rooms, lounge, kitchen, and dinning rooms. The reflective glass keeps the temperatures cool during the day, and for added ventilation there are windows that can be opened to befit from the breeze the island is blessed with during the warmer months.

The villa roof has been completely tiled to offer a magnificent place to dine (especially in the evening) and as you will see from the pictures fantastic views of the most southerly tip of Lanzarote where the light house is located, to the side Montana Roja (Red Volcano) and directly out to sea Fuerteventura.

South facing is a very large sun terrace, with tables, chairs, 6 sun beds and a private swimming pool, completely finished in mosaic ceramic tiles with its walk in steps this gives the magnificent sized pool a touch of additional luxury.

Rates shown are for 3 persons: Please add £75.00 (or 105€) per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 adults in Total.

The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £100.00 (140€) a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required. 


A deposit of £200 (280€) per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. 

Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed

Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest's holiday.

Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices.  We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival. 

High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item.
