A large open-plan pool side apartment situated within the recently completed four star Marina Cape development in Aheloy, on the Black Sea. The apartment sleeps four people comfortably, and features a large shaded terrace with patio furniture, sea views and direct access to the poolside - only 100 metres from the Black Sea.

Accommodation: The ground floor apartment is open plan with a bedroom and bathroom off. The newly fitted kitchen has an integrated hob and extractor fan over,   fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, microwave/grill, toaster and a kettle. The dining table seats four comfortably.

The huge lounge area is stylishly and practically furnished with 2 three seater sofas/sofa beds, an armchair, coffee table, occasional table with TV/DVD, dble chest of drawers with mirror over and a single wardrobe. Large patio doors lead onto the spacioius sheltered terrace and small private garden.

The bedroom has a wardrobe with hanging space, shelving and drawers, a dressing table (hairdryer included) with mirror over and a chair, a double bed with bedside tables on each side, and a further patio door to the terrace.

The bathroom is fully tiled with a three piece suite and a shower over the bath.
Both bedroom and living areas have access to the furnished private terrace and garden, which in turn give direct but sheltered access to the poolside.

Sleeps 4: one double bed and 2 sofa beds.
