A quiet and delightful first floor seafront apartment situated within the recently completed four star Marina Cape development in Aheloy on the Black Sea. The apartment sleeps up to four people and features an exceptionally large balcony with patio furniture and uninterrupted views over the tiny harbour and out to sea.

Accommodation: The entrance to the apartment is accessed via a lift or stairs. The apartment, which is open plan with bedroom and bathroom off, has been furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is newly fitted with integrated hob and extractor fan over. There is a free standing fridge/freezer (with ice maker and cold water dispenser), a microwave/grill, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table will seat four people comfortably.

The lounge area has a three seater sofa/sofa bed, storage unit, an armchair, coffee table, an occasional table with TV. From the lounge there are patio doors onto the large balcony, which has a patio table and four chairs.

The spacious bedroom has a wardrobe, with hanging space, shelving and drawers, a chest of drawers, a dressing table (hairdryer included) with mirror over and a stool, and a double bed with bedside tables on each side. There's also a stool that makes into small single bed.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a three piece suite with a shower over the bath.
